Men maybe you want to eat lots of tomatoes; it's time to find out about prevention of prostate, cancer, etc. Search it, or you'll be wearing diapers that you will have to pay for out of pocket; very expensive and you won't like it, sorry, put yourself on a strict diet, save yourself a lot of money and a lot of grief.  A top uroligist said he has no vegetarian patients; search that too; prostate problems are a meat-eater's disease according to him.
