What did Obama tell Russia?  Because U.S. is losing G.M. contracts after our tax money bailed G.M. out, but Russia and South Africa are not, and they say, on FOXNEWS Livedesk, that contract bids are not the issue. If Obama really was concerned with employment here, he would certainly stop this nonsense like Germany and France did and bring the work back home.  Could a car czar stop this or do they just act surprised?
